At Blueprint Credit Solutions, we are committed to providing high-quality credit repair services. We understand that every client's situation is unique, and we want to ensure your satisfaction with our services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.
2. CROA Right to Cancel
In accordance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), you have the right to cancel your contract with Blueprint Credit Solutions within three (3) business days from the date you signed the contract, for any reason, and receive a full refund of all fees paid.
3. Onboarding Call Refund
Due to CROA regulations, we collect payment before conducting sales or onboarding calls. During your onboarding call, if we determine that we are unable to help you with your credit situation, we will issue a full refund of all fees paid, including the starter fee and any monthly charges. This ensures that you are never charged for services we cannot provide.
4. Starter Fee
The one-time starter fee of $150.00 covers the initial setup of your account, credit report analysis, and the development of your personalized credit repair strategy. This fee is non-refundable after the three (3) business day cancellation period and after your onboarding call has been completed, unless we determine we cannot assist you as outlined in Section 3 above.
5. Monthly Subscription
The monthly subscription fee of $99.00 is billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty. Upon cancellation:
- Your access to services will continue through the end of your current billing period.
- No further charges will be applied after cancellation.
- Monthly fees already paid are non-refundable, as services are rendered on an ongoing basis throughout each billing cycle.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or cancel your services, please contact Blueprint Credit Solutions directly. We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days of receiving your request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving any concerns promptly and fairly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in the suspension of your account and services.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
