1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Blueprint Credit Solutions ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.

2. Description of Services

Blueprint Credit Solutions provides credit repair and credit education services, including but not limited to: aggressive dispute programs, community access and digital resources, and Early Warning & ChexSystem dispute services. Our services are designed to help clients improve their credit profiles by identifying and disputing inaccurate, unverifiable, or unfair negative items on credit reports.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Payment Terms

Our services require a one-time starter fee of $150.00, followed by a recurring monthly fee of $99.00. In compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), payment is collected before services are rendered. You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty. There are no long-term contracts. All payments are processed securely through our payment processor.

5. CROA Compliance

Blueprint Credit Solutions operates in full compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), 15 U.S.C. §§ 1679–1679j. Under CROA, you have the right to:

• Dispute inaccurate information in your credit report directly with credit bureaus at no charge.
• Cancel your contract with any credit repair organization for any reason within three (3) business days from the date you signed the contract.
• Sue a credit repair organization that violates the CROA.

No one can legally remove accurate and timely negative information from a credit report. We do not guarantee specific results, as outcomes vary depending on individual circumstances.

6. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as required for our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

7. No Guarantees

While we have been successful in helping clients remove various negative items from their credit reports, we do not guarantee any specific results. Credit repair outcomes depend on individual circumstances, the accuracy of information on your credit reports, and the responses of credit bureaus and creditors. Past results do not guarantee future performance.

8. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees or long-term contracts. Upon cancellation, your access to our services will continue through the end of your current billing period. To cancel, please contact us directly.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blueprint Credit Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
